This hotel is a true gem for weary travelers. It offers great value for money, with prices that are only slightly higher than other hotels near the airport. The location inside the international terminal is incredibly convenient, making it easy to access without having to go through immigration and security multiple times. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the basic amenities are well-maintained. The rooms are surprisingly spacious, with comfortable beds and nice showers. Despite not having windows, they are quiet and ensure a good night's sleep. Plus, the breakfast is delicious and satisfying.

All aspects of my stay were perfect.

Although the hotel is located after customs and passport control, it was comfortable and affordable considering I travelled with my mother, an 89 year old who required wheelchair assistance.

This hotel is conveniently located within the airport's secure area, making it easily accessible to travelers. It is practical and specially when you fly KLM bussinessclass, but you need a description to come there, that is very difficult, but to bring your suitcases down the next day is terrible.

The location was convenient, being close to the terminals and transportation. Additionally, the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. Lack of information about the conditions to stay in this hotel. The hotel is located inside of the airport after the passport check. It means that if you go and do your check in in this hotel you have to be already check in your airline and without any luggage besides a carry on.

The hotel is at the airport, there is no signage at the airport to find the hotel, nobody could explain us how to get a hotel, we found the hotel after an hour with small children. When we wrote our hotel reservation two families with children and babies, There were no baby cot and bed for the child. We all slept in the same bed. the hotel Could not organize a baby cot and a bed for the child for the night.

Its location and its price. It is right in the middle of Schipol Airport and it is reasonably priced for a Mercure of such location.

Well, it was exactly as I thought it would be. Maybe a breakfast would have been nice, although there are plenty of possibilities in the airport.

The location for an early morning departure is perfect. I am able to check in for my flight at the klm Lounge right across from the hotel. I have stayed several times at this hotel and am thrilled it is available again after renovation. However, I cannot master the shower and find it too high tech. Also, as a Senior Citizen, I would appreciate a bath mat in the shower so that I do not slip; this could be a safety factor for you to examine. I will continue to stay at the Mercure Schiphol Terminal but hope the shower situation can be remedied.

I liked everything with the exception of the shower. It is too complicated for me and I ended up with water all over my head which I did not want. There are no directions as to how it works. Also, as a Senior Citizen, I did not feel safe in the shower; I needed a mat on the shower floor so I would not slip. This, for me, is a real safety issue.

Perfectly close to departure gates with no dependency on transport means, although access a bit tricky (and limited in time) and a long way to go (plus security check) for normal European flights. I am still not enjoying rooms without any window, but this was not a problem. I also managed to access normal TV channels (but only after a while).

It affords short rest and relaxation to embark on a longer flight.

They didnt provide body cream and tooth paste only shampoo and body wash.

Handy and convenient for flight following day.
